Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your Royal Mail tracking reference number.

Delivery Times & Rates

Parcel Tracking

Every single shipment includes full door-to-door tracking. Once your parcel clears customs and is handed over to Royal Mail, you can track its exact progress directly on the official Royal Mail Track and Trace portal using the tracking number sent to your email.

Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be delayed beyond our standard delivery window, please contact our support team immediately at essamalghazali@gmail.com with your order reference number. We will investigate the issue with the courier right away and issue a prompt replacement or full refund.

Customs & Import Duties

All applicable import duties and VAT for shipments to the United Kingdom are covered by us. You will not face any hidden handling fees or customs surcharges at your doorstep.
